Product Introduction
LED UV Curing Machine is a special UV curing equipment designed for automatic production line, it adopts advanced UVLED light source technology, through the issuance of specific wavelengths of ultraviolet light, after coating, printing and other processes for rapid curing of materials.
The equipment mainly consists of UVLED light source module, control system, transmission device and safety protection device and other components, UVLED light source module is responsible for sending out high-intensity, high-purity ultraviolet rays, the control system is responsible for precise control of the light source switch, brightness adjustment, and transmission speed and other parameters, to ensure that the stability of the curing process and consistency, the transmission device is responsible for the curing material to be cured to be smoothly transported to the source for curing, while the safety protection device is responsible for the curing process. In UVLED curing technology, the choice of wavelength is critical to the curing effect. Short-wave UVLEDs (e.g. 365nm) are usually used for surface curing, can quickly penetrate thin layers of material and trigger photochemical reactions, suitable for UV glue, UV ink and other materials for rapid curing. And long-wave UVLED (such as 395nm, 405nm) is more suitable for deep curing, can penetrate deep into the material to achieve a more uniform curing effect, especially for some applications that require high curing depth and good curing uniformity, such as photosensitive resin 3D printing curing, electronic component packaging curing.
The equipment adopts an array of UVLED light source modules, each light source module can be independently controlled by the switch and brightness adjustment, so as to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the curing effect.
